Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AI-VAI, purchases made through the platform, and licenses issued for software distributed through AI-VAI.
1. Beta service
AI-VAI may offer software, APIs, downloads and account features in beta. Beta functionality can change, contain defects or be temporarily unavailable. We will use reasonable care to preserve paid entitlements and license records during the beta period.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts and access
Customer access can be established through a one-time magic link or through the purchase email together with a valid license key. You are responsible for keeping license keys and access links confidential and for devices activated under your license.
3. Purchases and licenses
Prices, currency, activation limits, duration and product-specific conditions are shown before checkout. Successful payment creates a personal software entitlement recorded by AI-VAI.
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, purchasing software grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that product within the activation and duration limits attached to the purchased plan. You may not resell, sublicense, bypass license controls, or distribute paid binaries to third parties.
4. Updates and downloads
Published releases may be downloaded through public links for free products or through authenticated customer/license flows for commercial products. Some updates may be marked as required for security, compatibility or service continuity.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use AI-VAI to interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, distribute malicious software, violate third-party rights, or use software in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, especially during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
7. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as AI-VAI develops. Material changes affecting paid users will be communicated through the service or available contact channels when reasonably practicable. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security incidents or material breach of these terms.
