1. Information we process

We may process your email address, name, order and payment references, purchased products, license identifiers, activated device identifiers, device names, platform information, download activity, support messages and security/audit events.

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by AI-VAI.

2. Why we process it

We use this information to fulfill purchases, issue and validate licenses, prevent abuse, provide downloads and updates, operate the customer center, respond to support requests, maintain security records and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

3. Service providers

AI-VAI may rely on infrastructure and processors such as Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, S3-compatible storage providers for software files, hosting/CDN providers and database infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services.

4. Retention and security

We retain order, license and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary for entitlement, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Short-lived access tokens and rate-limit buckets are designed to expire automatically.

Sensitive access tokens are not stored in plaintext where the system can avoid it. Commercial software downloads use authenticated or short-lived signed links.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact us using the address below to make a privacy request.

6. International processing

Infrastructure providers may process information in multiple countries. Where required, the operator and its providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
